My heat went out this week. I called Tidwell and Sons and they sent someone out same day. Confirmed I needed a new unit after a very detailed check. The process of purchasing a new unit was so flawless. After the purchase was made they sent a crew out the very next morning to complete the install. This company employees the kindest and most respectful guys. They are all very knowledgeable.
