Dalton came and serviced my heat pumps. Such a nice man with great information to save money with smart thermostats! Great customer service! Signed up for their yearly service plan
Our heat went out the first day of the winter storm and having a new, hard-hired thermostat/unit, we had no idea what the issue was. I reached out to Tidwell and Sons since the snow was starting and they were the closest company servicing our area and they had someone out within hours. The tech (Adam) was super friendly and honest and fixed our issue quickly! I'm so glad I reached out to them and relieved to know that we now have someone close to call for both our regular and emergent HVAC needs!

Fire department came Saturday night for our smoking HVAC unit. Asked for recommendations on Facebook and Tidwell and Sons was the winner by a lot. Called them Sunday and they were at our house assessing the unit in under two hours. Agreed that we needed a new unit and said they would be back to install it Monday morning.
