This company is nothing but amazing. The service is exceptional. The staff are professional and kind. When our unit went out during a 107 degree heatwave, they were quick to get us cool again. Will always recommend and utilize their services.
Honesty is strong with this crew. We have an old system that we’ll have to replace next year, and we will definitely replace it with Tidwell and sons. After lightning hit our home and caused numerous problems, our HVAC being one of them, We were referred to Tidwell and sons and we were not disappointed! They took care of use from day 1. As soon as we called, they sent someone out immediately! They were there for us through the entire process of repairs and eventually replacing our whole unit. Cannot say thank you to these guys enough for being so professional, courteous and prompt! They have our business from this point forward!
