So far I'm on my fourth repair and counting for a ac unit that came with a bran new house . Need to call them out yet again to my home. The distaste I feel with this can not be explained. Will edit this to Match once problem is resolved

I just wanted to take a moment to let y’all know how impressed I am with this company and the level of service they provide. This has been an ongoing issue since the systems were installed 3–4 years ago. Over that time, I’ve had three different companies, including the original installer, attempt to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, my concerns about the thermostats, dehumidification settings, and indoor humidity levels were consistently dismissed, and I was repeatedly told everything was working as it should.
