Honesty is strong with this crew. We have an old system that we’ll have to replace next year, and we will definitely replace it with Tidwell and sons. In the meantime, they have kept us comfortable in our home. They have come to our house on the coldest iciest days and crawled under the house in the dead of summer With the absolute smallest crawlspace, you’ve ever seen. After lightning hit our home and caused numerous problems, our HVAC being one of them, We were referred to Tidwell and sons and we were not disappointed! They took care of use from day 1. As soon as we called, they sent someone out immediately! They were there for us through the entire process of repairs and eventually replacing our whole unit. Cannot say thank you to these guys enough for being so professional, courteous and prompt! They have our business from this point forward!

I will recommend them to anyone and everyone that has a hvac problem! Our AC went out after a major power outage and they came out the next day and worked on it from 10:30-1:45PM. They were burning up from the heat, but kept at it! EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICING! I'm so thankful for them. 10 stars!!!
Dana and Chris were wonderful to work with! They showed up the same day our AC quit working and quickly diagnosed the issue (dead fan motor). Brought out a new one next morning and got us back on the cool side of things again! Not only knowledgeable in their craft, but very pleasant people as well!
