They took my washer and brought it back within a day and made sure it was working!
This place is a scam!!!! We paid them 160$ to pick up and repair our t.v and was told give them 3 business days....here we are 5 months later with no t.v and no compensation. Every time we call we get the run around and nobody ever calls us back. Rip off! Out of 160 bucks and our t.v ???!!! Don't do it!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We had a conversation with an employee named Russell. We talk to him and asked him to hold a washer and dryer for us and we would be there at 1pm to pick them up, we also put money down!.... when we arrived to pick them up he had already sold them to another we person right before we arrived!!!! They didn't offer a better deal or any other washer and dryer to us... I would recommend you go elsewhere to buy appliances!!!
