RecommendedA week ago, I woke up to find that my very old dog had passed away during the night. Needless to say, I was very shaken up and had no clue what to do. I called the first vet that was open near me and it was Tidewater Trail Animal Hospital. They were so helpful and told me to bring her in and they would help get her cremated. When I got there, someone came and got her out of the car and carried her in and they helped me get everything figured out fast. They showed so much compassion to me. Dr. Chrisawn is fantastic!! He provided veterinary care for our bearded dragon. I highly recommend his services. He is very caring and understands reptiles. He has been a resource in providing care for her.
Dr Jordon Buttersouth would like to thank you for all the hugs and kiss and showing him how to go to the vet with out medication. He will miss seeing you when he come. My fur baby, Goten, was doing pretty badly. He had been missing for a few days and we found him with a horrible injury to his tail. The amazing people at Tidewater Trail Animal Hospital not only saved my baby but also stayed open late to do so. Words cannot express my family's gratitude.
This is the best vet I've been to in the area. Dr. Andi and Dr. Greg treat our dogs with the utmost professionalism and compassion. They take the time to explain things fully to you and really provide excellent service and advice and do not at all seem motivated to up sell you on their services and products. I've found their staff to also be very friendly and professional. I feel so comfortable going here and know that my dogs are getting the best care possible.
