First of all Dean is one of the best guys you will ever meet he will do anything to help keep you on the road his prices are reasonable and fair. I buy all my tires from him never had an issue and I have a dedicated route to Texas every week I buy new and used from here. I have a 2020 T680 he does most of my work when I'm in town. The place sold me a used tire with a hole in it, which cost me a load today. I went back immediately, and they replaced it with another extremely worn tire that’s barely good for 1–3 months. When I asked if there was anything better, the employee said no—without even looking or asking me any questions. I would’ve stayed to speak with the manager, but he is unprofessional and seems to only think about himself. He told me the tire was $140, and I ended up paying $600 for low-quality tires and labor. Horrible place to go had me waiting for hours just to tell me they’ll get to me on Monday. Cost me thousands of dollars they’re overbooked and they’re understaffed not recommended at all and then they caught an Attitude when I asked dean the owner And his employee why would they make me wait this long?
