Would not recommend bringing your vacuum here I bought my Dyson for a warranty repair today after calling Dyson to have the problem fixed. When I entered the store a older gentleman was working I believe on a vacuum behind the wall. I sat there for over 5 minutes right in front of him and he never said a word to me. I finally said excuse me do you want me to come back at another time. He came over to look at the vacuum not even taking it apart to diagnose the problem.
