Achieved the impossible! I cannot say enough good things about this company. We worked with Chris and boy did he do a great job. The house we had was nice with new floors and a refreshed kitchen, but the layout was,.. let's just say a bit quirky. I had low expectations based on both the market as well as the fact that the home (while nice) needed the right buyers for the right fit.
