Great people if you need or looking for a rental see teresa she got us a place in a pinch an goes out of her way when there is a problem from doing lil maintance herself to making sure our a.c was fixed right away our first rental in 25 yrs glad we found tidewater
We called Caroline based in a recommendation from a person we met in Oriental. Initially she was incredibly helpful for our first meeting and she did a great job but after that she was not responsive. I sent multiple emails and called multiple times. We actually thought she was sick or had a sickness in the family because no one that sweet and helpful would ignore a potential client.
