Achieved the impossible! I cannot say enough good things about this company. We worked with Chris and boy did he do a great job. The house we had was nice with new floors and a refreshed kitchen, but the layout was,.. let's just say a bit quirky. We called Caroline based in a recommendation from a person we met in Oriental. Initially she was incredibly helpful for our first meeting and she did a great job but after that she was not responsive. I sent multiple emails and called multiple times. We actually thought she was sick or had a sickness in the family because no one that sweet and helpful would ignore a potential client. Recently, my husband and I attempted to do a long term lease agreement through Tidewater. From the very beginning communication was very delayed and poor. The deal was cancelled at the last moment due to the agents inability to communicate clearly and professionally with the owner. She was never able to follow through on anything she said she would do.
