RecommendedAbsolutely the best pharmacy around. I’ve tried a few but that search stopped when I found Tidewater. Friendliest staff, every one who works here! And you’re not a number, but a valued person. They remember me each time, always a smile. Knowledgeable staff also, and willing to take the time to answer your every question. Love Tidewater!
Everyone is so friendly and very helpful ! Never a wait and they take time to answer questions about your medications. The store has many other great products as well . My Favorite pharmacy! So thankful I found them!!
Best pharmacy with the friendliest, professional staff in all of Mount Pleasant... possibly all of Charleston. Great prices, great service, all the perks of the national chains without any of the national chain nonsense. It's nice when you walk into a store and he staff not only know your name but they take the time to strike up a conversation with you as a person rather than a order being filled.
Was visiting the area and had to visit the urgent care for some antibiotics for a child. When I brought the rx into the pharmacy, they saw what it was for and took care of me quickly. Don came over and explained proper dosing and storage of the medication. Very friendly and helpful folks.
I began using Tidewater Pharmacy a couple/few months ago for a compounded medication. I have yet to visit the store in person since I live on Bonneau Beach and work in Moncks Corner; my contact has been via email, phone and mail, and they have been WONDERFUL! Meg D. is who I normally contact, simply because she happened to answer the phone the first time I called, and she was SO HELPFUL and PLEASANT to deal with, that I seek her out when I contact them. Friendliest staff! Very quick to fill scripts. They deliver to my husband’s office. They do everything possible to please their client. They are so much better than any pharmacy I’ve ever been to.
I cannot say enough about this pharmacy and how wonderful they are. whether I'm actually in the store, or talking to them on the phone, they are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Every single time. I've never had an unpleasant experience with them. They just might be the Chick fil a of pharmacies. Well done guys! Especially Jen. You saved me today. 💜
