My retainer kept breaking and they charged me $150+ every time to fix it. The quality of their products have declined over the years. Also, the office manager is rude as very rude.
Great place, they usually get you in and out, but Dr. Ashby this day May 28 he literally had a non work conversation for over 15 minutes talking about his vacation in Rome and had the techs, my daughter, and one other person waiting for him to finish his conversation, when it took him all of 3 seconds to look over my child's mouth and ask a question. I was in a little bit of a hurry today so maybe that's why it bothered me, but other than that I like this office (Granby St) and him much better than the office out the Beach
0/10 would not recommend.
