I had prepaid oil from this company. Apparently I had approximately 120 gallons left in my account. They delivered this a week ago and decided to fill the rest of the tank without my knowledge or asking me how I would be paying the rest. The price of oil just went up to $5.799. The woman of the phone was extremely rude when I asked her about it. I would like to say also that I have found that this company is also a lot more expensive for services. I recommend everyone to shop around, you’ll be happy you did.
Dead River delivers our fuel oil and propane and also services our boiler. We had a leak in our boiler system and Ken was sent to do the repair. He is friendly and thorough and clearly takes pride in doing the work the right way. Dead River is lucky to have him, as are his customers.
Horrible company, fuel prices 30-40 cents higher than anywhere else. This company that is taking advantage of the area. Consumer fuels is greatly missed. Deadriver is horrible. 80 gallons= $343.20 right now.
