I called dead river Saturday. They said they'd have delivery out Monday. Today - Wednesday - I notice that there are no footprints in the snow, go check the tank, reading zero. Thankfully heat still on, but about to run out! So I call them to figure out what's going on. They see the info on my account but whoever took the call didn't actually add me to delivery schedule for Monday. They say they can deliver today ONLY if I pay $150 surcharge for emergency delivery even though it was their fault. I can understand the screw up... read more

Charged me $12.95 for parts. But did not use any parts. When I spoke to a CSR about this, they said they charge for using paper towels, gloves. Again they did not use any parts, including paper towels or gloves. Update: I received a call and apology. $12.95 was refunded back to me.
Extremely discouraging customer service. Every time we call it’s as if the previous person made no attempt to document the problem. I moved out of a property, cancelled my service with them and the new owners billing information is repeatedly sent to me. I’ve called numerous times. The new owner has called numerous times.
