The worst Dr office experience I've ever had in my life. From them being too lazy to call the number on my insurance card to get answers to process my insurance, to them not calling me back about important Botox injections I need to function everyday. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
This is the worst Dr.'s office experience I have ever had. Incompetence from getting prescriptions filled to different people give different info depending on who you ask. And rude about it.
Nachama , she’s an amazing person, she listens to me and she’s very effective and kind!!!!
I have been attending this Practice for a few years now and could not be happier with the staff; especially from Nurse Practitioner Nachama. Not to discount the others on the staff, but since her addition to the team I have been appreciative of her approach, attention, and level of care each time I have seen her. I cannot thank her enough for her tireless work ethic and how she has streamlined the approach to dealing with authorizations and other pain points.
