There is nothing like having a Nurse Practitioner who loves and knows their job. NP Nachamo is kind and extremely professional. I was on tears because finally a medical professional who listens. Thank you for your service and God bless
This is by far the worse managed office in the United States! It takes weeks to hear back from them regarding anything. 99% of the time your call goes straight to voicemail and no one never calls you back. I leave messages at all of their locations and no one EVER returns calls. They don’t have the right to call themselves a professional office. To the doctors and the managing staff, You are pathetic
To say that the staff at the Hampton office are awesome would be a gross understatement. From the time I got here on my first visit I felt welcomed and like I mattered. An extra loud shoutout to NP Nachana. She has bent over backwards and made things happen. My sleep apnea was so bad, I was literally on borrowed time. She got me a sleep study the same day as my consult because she saw the signs of how bad off I was. Not even a week later and I am getting a CPAP that is going to change my life!!! Waste of time go somewhere else. Medical records seem nearly impossible to get. PCP, rheumatologist and finally a new neurologist has requested records and nothing was done. I have no access to the patient portal and have attempted numerous outbound calls to their “technical support” with no answer or callback. I was told to stay on a medication that was inducing more seizures and causing adverse reactions for ~3 months before Dr.Goldberg would consider stopping the medication.
