After repeated calls and emails to this Tidewater Mechanical to schedule our pre-paid spring maintenance check, we are unable to get a return call from them to schedule servicing. I’m wondering if they’ve gone out of business and are not fulfilling their customer service contracts. July, 24, 2021 Update.
