I was a little concerned about using this company based on their reviews but I was pleasantly surprised to have such a good experience using their service! In my opinion they do not deserve these terrible reviews. Zack was my sales person and he could not have been more responsive and helpful. Our contractor has worked with them before and spoke highest of their work. Unfortunately their communication and management seem to be very poor. We were schedule for spray foam for a Monday - Wednesday. We planned all day Sunday to pack our things, meal plan, and be ready to evacuate my pregnant wife, her aunt, and three children. Monday morning comes and we find out they will not be able to come and cannot make it until next week. How can you run a business this way?
