Very disappointed with this home inspection. I have purchased several homes and this is the first time I received such poor quality not only in inspection but also in the report, which comes down to attention to detail. There people that do just enough to get by and those that provide value for their service.... look for the value! This inspector not only missed a key known problem in the water system... polybutylene pipe (Quest pipe)... the very same pipe that was prone to failure and had class action law suites....but then... read more
