These houses are too expensive to be made so cheaply. We’ve been here a couple years now and everything is falling apart. The cabinets, the plumbing, the garage, the lighting, the counters and pieces of the floor, the AC.. We’ve had to replace all of the appliances that came w the house. Absolutely ridiculous. Why charge over $600k-$1mill if you’re going to build them so badly? Do better ICI.
I have been here since 2007, the variety of models and the unique architecture is unique. The only complaint is that the common areas and gate need more regular maintenance. There is a real opportunity to make the front entrance a show stopper, the current selection of plants were not cold hardy and have all died and remain untouched. Pleas make selections that can handle the cold and extreme heat that require less attention if they are only going to refresh them 4 times a year.
