05/12/2018 My Husband and I purchased a home from Tidewater Homes in March, 2016. Shortly after moving into the home our flooring began separating from the slab. It was caused by excessive moisture penetrating the slab. Over time, the problem has gotten worse. Moisture from the slab has also caused excessive mold growth. It is now DECEMBER 2018 and Tidewater has not fixed the problem.
