Avoid this company! My home warranty company selected them when I had an AC problem last September. We went around for two months and they could never diagnose the problem correctly and submit what was needed to the warranty company. My issue was reassigned and finally diagnosed and fixed by a competent company in December. Originally I paid my deductible to Tidewater as outlined in my contract.
