RecommendedI have been a patient here for 6 years and have received excellent care from Dr. Paulsen. When I have been sick they have always gotten me in within a day or 2, have helped me get referrals when needed and have always made things very easy on the paperwork/financial side of things. Had an appointment this morning and the office was closed. Have had this appointment on the calendar for months and did not receive the first courtesy call stating their office would be closed. They pushed me out months because I needed a certain time and this was the only one available per their front desk staff. Will NOT recommend this office to anyone! Completely unprofessional!
I had a 9AM appointment this morning for a routine checkup. By 9:02 I was checked in, had my blood pressure taken and blood had been drawn for the blood work. I am REALLY IMPRESSED by the efficiency of this team. In addition to efficiency it is clear that the staff truly care for their patients.
