Great people
Being sent to collections over a bill I NEVER received. Ruining someones credit over $59 is ridiculous. My Sentara billing account and Tricare doesn't match up with their records. Something is not right with this company. I will not let this go and never use this company again when referred for a service.
If it were possible to give no stars that's what I would give. I don't even think this a real website or even a legit office. I got a call from a supposed collection agency who said I owe $49. from SEVEN YEARS AGO! I feel like I'm being scammed. I called my insurance company and they said they do not have record of service for the date in question. Then, I spoke with someone from Tidewater Diagnostic and they said I was supposedly seen there. Now you want money for your incompetence????
These idiots keep billing the wrong insurance and demanding payment for an unpaid claim when I keep giving them the correct insurance. They're on the verge of not getting paid at all because they're ticking me off... and YES I WILL DISPUTE IT ON MY END IF IT SHOWS UP ON MY CREDIT. YOUR PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY STUPID. I have no idea where you got the information to file to begin with because that is NOT the information that I gave the hospital.
Had a medical crisis which means lots of doctors visits and medical bills. 6 months later, and still trying to pay them all off and I get a collection notice for $41 for a debt from an mammogram I had here. No warning or notice prior. They've now dinged my credit....for $41 dollars!! After my insurance has already handed over their share. Guess times are tough for tidewater diagnostics. Worst experience ever with a medical office.
