Thanks to the amazing staffs of TDS , I had a very pleasant experience with them . They are very welcoming , pleasant and greeted me with smiles . My experience with them is superb especially with Dr Acosta , she has a skillful hand , knows her craft and she explains in details , to me to understand the ,procedure done .
It’s been a while since I last visited the dentist. I felt so welcome and was treated with kindness and smiles by everyone, from the front desk to the dental assistant, Shanice. Shanice was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering any questions or concerns I had. The dentist herself was very nice and explained everything in detail to help me understand where I needed to be with my teeth.
Very friendly staff and accomodating. Convenient location. Thorough examination that i haven’t experienced to any other dental clinic. Very patient with me regarding my xray procedure because i really have a very hypersensitive gag reflex everytime i am having the xray. Clean and neat environment and very welcoming.

I had an excellent experience with Joanna Acosta at Tidewater Dental Studio. From the receptionist to Joanna and the entire team, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. My English is very basic, but Joanna explained everything perfectly and made sure I understood every step of the treatment.
