I'm ever grateful to Dr. Stelmach and her staff who treat you as family. I had a bad toothache and couldn't be seen by my Dentist for several days but I called Tidewater Dental Arts after seeing such high ratings on Dr. Stelmach and her team and they worked me in that day even though I knew they were extremely busy as well as taking on a new patient. Michelle and her staff are some of the most caring and considerate people I have ever dealt with. There was almost never a long wait to be seen, and they were always understanding when I needed to make adjustments. I believe more dental offices should work to ensure customers feel like I did at Tidewater Dental Arts. While I was having work done, Michelle made sure I had every possible accommodation. I just have to say that I hate dentists. No, terrified of dentists and Tidewater dental arts is caring, understanding, patient, and works with you. I had to get a lower wisdom tooth extracted and she was so gentle that I’ll be coming back not just for emergencies. If you want someone that will listen to you, if you want someone that knows what they are doing I highly recommend you reaching out to them.
They are truly amazing. I went a couple months ago as an er. Then scheduled my cleaning, in stead of judging. They assured me we can fix things. They were amazing with my kids and kid both visit. They are so friendly.
Really friendly staff. Made me feel at ease getting work done. I’m one of those people that HATE the dentist and they made me feel welcome and my appointments where great and my anxiety didn’t last past the waiting room So good in fact I brought my three kids back. Great place. A+ from me and my girls. Completely kid friendly
