Purchased a mattress set for my son that he loves. The owners went above and beyond to find the one that worked best for him and fit our budget. We will be back for sure.

I wouldn't consider purchasing or seeking advice from any other appliance retailer in Eastern North Carolina. I have purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher from Dana and her team and couldn't be happier with the product, price and service (both before and after the sale). It is also great to support a local business owner who does so much in the community. Keep up the great work Dana!
I recently ordered an induction range from Tidewater, working with Leah. I changed my mind twice! Not one time was I criticized, she simply re wrote the order and worked with me. After waiting a week for my lovely slide in range, the big day arrived. They removed my old range and moved it to a rental home. Unfortunately, a gust of wind blew over their dolly, striking the stove and shattering the glass top.
