I have been living at the tides for a while now, Diana has been nothing but professional, patient and helpful I appreciate her as well as her team, I’m grateful!
One of the worse places to ever live at. Maintenance takes forever to get repairs and things done after you move in and its still the same way now. THE SWIMMING POOL ISNT ALWAYS CLEAN. Everyone smiles to your face and then talks about you behind your back. They tell you your will get your whole deposit back when you move in and you dont. This places is a joke. I could have afforded to live here but because they took longer time then I had available to get ahold of me and see what I am looking for in an apartment lol. So I actually missed out all because they didn't answer the phone or return phone calls or text messages or email.
I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a while, and I have to say the recent changes under the new leasing manager Diana have made a world of difference. Since taking over, the manager has been proactive, professional, and clearly invested in improving the community. The renovations have really transformed the property! From updated interiors and fresh paint to improved landscaping and better lighting, the changes are noticeable and appreciated.
