Worst Management - They never show up to fix things. - Hidden fees - rude management - not safe to live here
Worst rude Management Poor amenities and they don't even care to fix any issues
Worst management Initially we loved this place, the management was good - however for past 6 months or so, since the new management has taken over (and they changed the name from Santa Fe Ranch to Tides o Ranchview), the condition has deteriorated. They have added un-necessary amount to monthly bills, zero service, don't respond to calls from current renters, rude, change rules on their whims and fancy. Just waiting for my lease to be over. Avoid renting here if you can.
Very Dishonest Management Be Careful Moved out almost 5 months ago. They do not pay back security deposits. We passed all the inspections. Left apartment immaculate. After 15 phone calls and 12 emails, they admitted we were owed the security deposit however they will not send it. These people are extremely dishonest and take advantage or renters. Stay away.
We stay in ground floor. Carpet getting wet during rain, bugs, cockroaches, and their poops are common in ground floor but recently noticed snail babies and seeing big poops of god knows what’s there in our home and I have a baby and a toddler. Carpet getting wet was fixed. Pest control done for cockroaches so they reduced. But every time we have something or the other to worry about. The poops are larger than they look in the pictures. I keep my home clean always and I don’t know what else to do to keep these away
they charge for carpet replacement after living there for 7 years and they never resolved my issue with flooding in my apartment. I am glad i do not have to deal with them anymore
We moved here on June 16, 2019. They are very specific about their rules which we understand but I wish they also show the same standards while giving apartment keys to tenants, giving your apartment in a perfect way to live and making your stay in home peaceful. Initially, we were ready to sign the lease for an apartment in third floor. We even started paper work. But on the next day, an apartment in the ground level opened up for lease. Having Management Staff that are friendly to tenants, not being partial to any Race..Considerate to tenants and not having policies only in the best interest to improve business alone. Being transparent on policies, rules..I hate the current Management staff just like any of the tenants feel...Not a place for peaceful living...
