I went to this company and made a deal which both parties signed. After paying the fees and filling out the paperwork it looked like everything was good. They called me up and pulled a, "bait and switch", saying the apartment was not available. I had also paid the admin fee to hold it btw. They refused to refund my money or work with me on alternative apartment.
