I can only speak for me about the blatant disregard to fix things. I moved in May 2025, and it’s been a mess ever since. My work orders have been closed or cancelled. There is so much wrong in this apartment. Let’s start with the outside…there is no light at night, all the widow screens are raggedy or missing. The pool has been out of service since I moved in. Paying for amenities that can’t be used. Now the inside…a couple of my kitchen drawers are useless, there is a hole behind my washer, the knob on the stove is missing,... read more

I had an awesome tour of the community! Curtis and the management staff were incredibly helpful and professional during my visit. Curtis also made sure to answer all my questions following my tour and really helped ease my stress during my apartment search!

This is gonna be my second year living here in the complex. I’ve had a pleasant experience so far and since new management with Greystar took over it’s gotten even better . everything is fairly kept up and The location is perfect. Everything you need right around the corner. Omar is the man. AC unit went out on me and was able to get it up and going the next day .
