I wouldn't recommend this property. Since this new company took over it's been bad. I was offered a move in special, where your first month is free for moving in but apparently never received it for July when I moved in on June, they informed me late August and stated either pay or get evicted. You'll hear gun shots coming from inside the community every week. The back gate is always left open every night letting in non residence, homeless and thieves entering. I had a nice tour at the Solena Apartment Complex. The property was well maintained and Curtis was fantastic during the tour. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The property was solid but the highlight was Curtis!
These apartments are horrible my first year was ok then they got this new management and they were stealing people rent and never fixed things and didn’t care about ants or the bad bee problem my tub was stripping paint for the longest and the pool been closed for the whole summer even now and the gym also sucks the equipment doesn’t work and now they are saying I owe 6,000 but wont give me my 3000 deposite back and also lied about my lease that I had before they became management I only stayed in this one apartment so I nev... read more
