i wish they had NO STARS!! These are the WORST APTS IN LAS VEGAS!!! They don’t fix anything at all. They let anybody and everybody move in here and trash the place. When something breaks you will wait MONTHS to get it fixed. Like over 6 months for a new stove now…..Health hazards all over including BLACK MOLD in apts m. if you want some place even remotely nice DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
First and Foremost, I appreciate management for having good communication skills, shout-out to Brittney and Curtis. What I do not recommend is moving here, These apartments are unsafe, My Car was Broken into on Sunday May 24, 2026 and my husband's tire was popped in the morning of May 25, 2026 this complex always leaves the gates open at night for homeless people and stealers come in to the community, If you want your rent to change every month this is the place for you. Gates are always broken,appliances keep breaking down,ac units are old and are not reliable, unsafe , homeless people break into empty apartments and live inside , they tell you it’s assigned parking but random people park in your stall constantly, management not organized, if something breaks down inside your apartment it takes weeks for them to get it fixed, bad plumbing several floods inside the apartments. Rent should be decreased
Please DO NOT move here. Thus has been the worst experience I've ever had moving into an apartment. I was approved and ready to move in 24 days prior to move in and upon move in there we're numerous issues. The oven was and still is non operational the refrigerator was not only beat up but dented inside and out, missing arms to the side shelves that hold the items in place. One drawer is missing and the other has big hole. The freezer is rusted as well as the rack to hold your food. The dryer is not functional at all but the... read more
