They confirmed my tour at 1pm and when I got there the office was closed for break or something and wouldn’t be back until 1:30. Tried calling and no one answered. I wouldn’t have minded rescheduling in advance if they needed me to, but they wasted my time. Also there’s trash everywhere and doesn’t look well kept.

So I called today around 4:50 pm and I was asking questions about the units and about second changes.. and I explained the to lady what that meant and she decided to hang up in my face.. she was hella rude not a good look on the company having rude ass people working in the office.. we are the ones who keep y'all in business and by y'all having rude disrespectful workers y'all will lose money because of that..
