If I could give these apartments a zero I would. LONG POST ALERT I moved in August 2024 and it’s been the worst living situation of my life! Happy to be gone I first paid for a three bedroom unit. The first day of move in I was notified that the unit was not ready. However, they were more than willing to take my money upfront! 07.15.2025 from J. Barnes I've been in my unit for almost 2 years and the complex staff and maintenance have STILL been GOOD to me and my family. My A/C went out at night on 07.14.2025 so I called and placed a work order. Literally the next morning Mr. Curtis in the office was calling to ensure me that the maintenance was on their way to repair my A/C while I was at work; I came home during Lunch around 1pm and my unit was COOL as a fan and felt soo good. Maintenance guy Dennis is very professional and prompt as well as taking time to explain things and apologize for last company mistakes. He was very thorough in seeing to our ac unit and why the apartment wasnt cooling. This guy knows what he is doing and is the best maintenance I’ve ever come across!!! Thank you Dennis.
Stephen was a huge help with fixing the rattling on my AC and correcting the kight fixture. Since greystsr has come to this property it seems things are improving for the best. Thank you Greystar!!
Es el peor lugar para vivir en cuanto a seguridad , me robaron 2 veces el carro del parqueo asignado. Por eso cancele el contrato cumpliendo el año , no se los recomiendo , mejor busquen otra opción.
