Been here for almost 2 years now. It's gotten a little better since the property manager Patrice left. We have a new manager now. Maintenance orders gets fixed really fast now and I got $250 off my rent in March for renewing my lease.
Stop sending emails to tenants saying you care about their safety when the gates haven't worked in the year and 4 months my sisters lived there. Her car was stolen 4 days after moving in no one in the office cared. Her electric was being shut off by someone and her groceries were spoiled she received zero compensation. A MURDER just happened right near her 3 days ago and you have ZERO surveillance cameras on property with a criminal at large. Drugs being dealt in plain sight day and night. I just moved here & my experience with Cecilia the leasing agent was the best,she was very helpful & respectable,so was management Kris,they offered me move in specials & Cecilia helped with the online renters insurance she explained everything to me,I rate my experience 5 stars
