Returned from vacation on yesterday, so ready to be back home and no AC. Called leasing office and maintenance supervisor Omar was out within an half hour. Checked fuses and AC, left to get a part and I am up and cooling all within an hour. Thank you Omar for being so responsive and on the job today. An even bigger thanks to the young lady in the office, Ms. Nazarene(?), I apologize if I slaughtered your name.

Update: They fixed the key issue and the gate code and sent in a work order for my mailbox as well. I will admit that they have displayed reliability when it comes to maintenance and work orders. The initial base rent of $1188 raised to $1250 simply because I signed a lease 1 day later than I was initially expected to. There were dead bugs in my apartment when touring previously.
