I have been going to Tides of Mind for many years. I have been seeing an amazing counselor for awhile now. He truly has an excellent demeanor and presence. Very professional yet relatable. He knows when to ask questions and when to just let me talk or vent. He poses interesting questions at the end of the session for me to contemplate before our next meeting. I am thoroughly impressed with the service I have received and I would recommend Tides of Mind counselors to my own family and friends.
Wonderful therapist, the biller tho, will tell you it takes about a week to see if your insurance will cover it or not, then will call you 4 weeks later demanding payment for sessions she knew you wouldn’t have gone to if you knew your insurance wouldn’t cover it. If they change billers it would be a 5 star place.
I was seeking therapy for Depression for the past 2 years and never felt as was getting the help that I needed.
