First time leaving a review, that’s how awful my experience was. Psychiatry team consistently called in the wrong medications to the wrong pharmacies. Office was not responsive. Totally unprofessional. Buyer beware. EDIT: The CEO called me after leaving this comment but then again failed to actually call in the prescription and tried saying they discharged me 2 weeks before my last appointment. Absolutely horrible experience from the CEO Ratul to the provider Olivia to the therapist Ryan down to the call center.
I’ve been seeking mental help for my diagnosis with tides for anbout an month and I’ve met 2-3 therapist there. Mariah, Grace and Olivia. They’ve all been extremely helpful in my recovery. In the questionnaire you fill out I’ve stated that I needed someone to be patient with me because it takes a while for me to open up to someone and they’ve been completely understanding of that. Drove 18 miles and they canceled on me because I got stuck in traffic and was a couple minutes late.
A very professional and caring practice. Communication has been clear, appointments run smoothly, and the providers create a comfortable, supportive atmosphere.
