I’ve been seeking mental help for my diagnosis with tides for anbout an month and I’ve met 2-3 therapist there. Mariah, Grace and Olivia. They’ve all been extremely helpful in my recovery. In the questionnaire you fill out I’ve stated that I needed someone to be patient with me because it takes a while for me to open up to someone and they’ve been completely understanding of that.
