This place lied to me and is simply a money grab. No real help beyond hoping to feed you prn meds and have you stuck in a return cycle. Some there do care but are subject to a ridiculous turn around in staff. If any employee wants to address why my HIPAA rights were violated they can feel free to contact me as I’m in the process of reporting how they did so….

So I’m hoping this is my last treatment center. Tides gave me what I needed when I needed it. I initially thought after 9 days I’d go home. As we do I thought that would be enough. The staff was smart and let me decide and gently pushed me in the direction of staying longer. I ended up doing 21 days but had planned to stay for 28. Unfortunately my insurance said it wasn’t medically necessary to stay past 21 days. The group sessions at the detox part of tides were good I really liked my counselor. This detox center is great they all were so kind they really truly care here. Food is great I’ve been to other facilities and this one is by far the best one. There’s no mean or rube teach or meter all so very kind they give you things and games to play watch a movie at night it’s smaller so more one on one connection if your ready for it Journey, I would recommend this one they will bring your food to you while your sick also kept me as comfortable as they could during the first three days before the taper.. Wonderful ❤️
