This place sent my dad home on more drugs than he went in on, especially the main one he was struggling with, never did the family counseling, only thing they did was detox him from alcohol. He needed more than just that. This place is a scam!

I was doing well there until.. I was there for ten days one of there staff members put five packs of my brand of cigarettes in my box they did not tell me they bought 5 packs of cigarettes and they were poisoned they tasted like a stink bomb in my cigs. I still hv two packs left. They allowed a person to come in without searching him. He brought in a telephone and god knows what else. They put him in my room! I will start off by saying the all the techs and nurses were super nice and very pleasant and eager to help where they could. The problem is that I was coming off extremly high doses of 7-OH for about a year and a half. They themselves admittedly knew little about 7-OH and gave me next to nothing in terms of detox meds. All i wanted was to start a suboxone taper and they kept giving me the run a round. "Oh we gotta wait for the doctor." I ask when the doctor comes and they dont have a concrete answer. Nurses and Doctors are good. The techs are super nice. Good place for a short term stay to detox. They could do something better about the meals they have brought in. Relatively clean. Groups and counselors are ok. It was a good start to my recovery I don’t recommend the residential property.

Very grateful that Tides was there when I needed it. The BHT'S were the real mvp, every one of them!!
