I am flabbergasted by the reviews that say this apartment is amazing. Since living here in the past 2 years the property management has changes at least 3 times. My apartment is rundown, roach and bed bug infested. Pest control has come around and the problem has not been resolved. No matter how much I cleaned my house and gotten rid of all furniture they are still coming around. My cabinets can’t store anything because the roaches always keep coming back. I’ve had a great experience living at Tides at Spring Mountain! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. The location is super convenient — close to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway, but still feels tucked away and peaceful. My apartment is modern, spacious, and comfortable.
