Horrible. Place is run down. A lot of issues. Incompetent help. Water is shut off almost on a weekly basis. Drug people filled. Unsafe.

Place is a disaster Do NOT move in here based on the photos on their website. If you sign a lease out of state prior to viewing it you will be kind of shocked how shoddy the place looks. Make a trip over and take a look for yourself. The grounds crew come through once a week, so you can imagine how out of control an entire complex can look in such a short time. Don’t live here! I have lived here for years... like previously stated, property is under new management. Rude, arrogant, deceitful are just a few of the things that come to mind to describe owners/managers. No maintence on property, no dog limits on size/#, no granite countertops in new units, no wood flooring (laminate laid over previous cracked tile), kitchen does not have stainless steel anything!!! You’ll want to leave as soon as you move in!!!!!!!!
Under new management RENAMED Tides of Old Town and owned by Robinson Group - TERRIBLE management at this APARTMENT complex. Instant downhill since new management, no maintenance, the rudest most pretentious staff I have ever encountered, no amenities to speak of short of a really old laundry room facility and garbage cans.
