I’ve lived here a few months now and I love it!!! I’ve called the maintenance team once & they came to fix my faucet within a few hours. I had some questions and they answered them all. Overall very happy 😊
Water is shut off at least once a month for plumbing repairs, dish washer leaks, gate is ALWAYS broken, homeless people always seen walking around, sometimes sleeping by the dog park. Dog park light is always broken..... something always needs to be fixed. Looks nice, comes with a TON of headache. Oh better have a parking permit for all guests bc they don't play with that. Getting cars towed is a well oiled machine, everything else is struggling.
My experience living at this community has been wonderful! I've lived here for six years and it's a nice clean community. The staff is always very friendly and the maintenance is always on point!
