My wife and I had been looking for a place to live for over a year as soon as we found Trails at Grand Terrace we felt at home, they are flexible with the move in schedule, they offered specials, every time we have had a maintenance request it has been resolved immediately with a sense of urgency. The complex is clean and quiet, th office start is always willing to help and treats your need as their priority. This is an excellent complex for all walks of life needing a place to live. I highly recommend it!
Erika was our leasing agent and helped us with the process of moving in. She was extremely helpful and you can tell that she goes above and beyond for her job. She made the whole process smooth and easy plus very welcoming.
I would like to shout out the maintenance team. Whenever I submit a work order, Andre and Anthony always show up to get the job done and teach me as they're fixing the problem so that if the problem occurs again, and that its something easy, i can do it myself. They are one of the best property maintenance teams ive ever experienced in my years of renting. Thank you guys for your hardwork. It does not go unnoticed
So full disclosure haven’t moved in yet, but I will say so far so good. Erika is amazing at her job. Extremely helpful, very engaging, and super informative. The process itself was seamless. Looking forward to updating once I’m in and settled.
Lived here for 6 yrs moved for a year & came back , Kathy is an amazing , helpful always goes above & beyond to help me with anything I need questions ect. Andre is the # 1 Matienace guy always polite , funny very personable always on top of things
