I just recently moved to these apartments the trails at grand terrace, this is my first apartment and honestly I’m so happy I chose these ones out of all the apartments I looked at, very amazing people in the office, very helpful and nice especially allroy I want to say thank you to her and recommend her when you want to look at these apartments she showed us a few apartments gave us a nice tour, she explained a lot about the apartments and is always very nice and helpful anytime I go into the office or have questions about ... read more
This is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and the maintenance team are always helpful. If I ever have a problem Kathy and Johnny are quick to respond and resolve the issue.
Cracks in the walls, almost like the apartment is built out of cardboard. The plumbing system is horrible and it always needs fixing, the sink sometimes breaks, and my dishwasher leaks all over the floor. The maintenance is very slow, when I file a complaint it takes months for them to get to work. The maintenance guys are very unprofessional. Especially the black guy, he is rude and doesn’t do his job well.
Infested with rats, especially during the summer. The trash gets overloaded, and there is a lot of dead animals on the grass that you walk past and they never get cleaned up.
Both Anthony and Tony are awesome! They are always helping out when I need them, very respectful, they had came to service my ac when it was leaking and the people in the office always have a smile and are very helpful !! 10/10 recommend this place !!
