Trails has been home to us for almost 5 years now & the experience has been smooth! The only downside would be dog owners leaving their pets waste everywhere but I suppose that’s purely the owners at fault. Otherwise Trails has been good to us & has helped two of my closest friends find new & comfortable living within the community.
Staff telling lies, I signed papers got a move in date, got all the utilities put in my name. Moved out my apartment, brung my uhaul. Just for them to tell me I can't move in after I went thru all of that they had me sitting in the office from 9am telling me they're waiting on their manager for approval but I got a phone call and email saying I was approved I didn't leave the office until they closed literally wasted my whole day there now I'm waiting on my holding deposit. Johnny in the front office sucks
thank you to Johnny and Kathy for helping me with my new home! They were both so helpful and sweet. Super attentive and communicative during the whole process and made it really easy. Grateful!
My Wife and I are very grateful towards Jonathan Garcia, he was very helpful and understandable in moving us in to the right Apartment we were looking for we couldn't be more grateful thank you Johnny for everything.
