Scorpion Infested! Even on the second floor. And it’s run by investors so no one really cares about the residents. The place was sold by The Robinson Group to Arizona Investment Management. They have no paperwork and leases that weren’t even signed by tenants. The bathroom sinks falling off the walls, plumbing done incorrectly, bratty kids running around, dog poop everywhere and drugs. No on site management.
Beautiful apartment but my lights keep going out of control, also our apt hase a lot of bugs. We have also have had many leaks that the complex wont fix.
