Love living at Tides at Calabash. The property is well kept and the care and attention given by Kristie and Dave are very much appreciated. Nice place to come home to.
I packed up and moved to North Carolina with everything I own. Three months prior I went there and looked at a lot of apartments before deciding. I chose tides at calabash and signed a lease and prepaid 1/2 month for January. When I got there it wasn’t cleaned, painted the carpet was gross and there was no washer and dryer. Shelly the apartment manager was very rude and even mocked me as I was talking. I am so glad to walk away from this horrible complex.
