Beautiful place and the views are even more amazing
This place is on the decline. Beach area stinks with the public access just south and the monstrosity of the Wyndham to the North. The whole area is getting pretty slummy. The owners are a pain and I can see why with their investment suffering. Lot of people coming through the beach access from hotels across the street elevators stink and don’t work 1/2 the time. Awesome, well kept condo's. We have enjoyed coming for at least 5 years. Twice a year at that. With 54 rooms it is not so busy, even at its busiest, that it is annoying to deal with. To add to a comment we saw back in July, the repairs they were making appear to be complete now. Someone had taken pictures questioning the repairs to some of the pillars. I don't know repair procedures for something like that but I do work in a body shop and the welds that I glanced at walking by looked very clean. Which is crucial for the repa... read more
Condo floor plan is nice, easily fits 6 people with privacy, although it was just 2 for us. The balcony is large enough to lay out on or have a table for 4. Nice boardwalk to the beach with horses and showers. It was quiet at night. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy parking. We rented #204 and it was clean and well stocked.
Very nice clean condo. Poor elevator service. One of the 2 elevators was jammed half of the time.
