We wanted to love this hotel. The location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone we encountered was friendly but there isn’t enough staff. There must be a management issue. With their just undergoing a high dollar renovation, we expected the property to be pristine but it already looks worn. One elevator for the building since the other didn’t work the whole time we were there. We expected beach service for drinks and food as advertised and when we asked, the umbrella guys said they would have to find someone. ... read more
