I have been calling for three days now to make an appointment for a check up... nobody answered the phone. I even left my name and number for someone to call me back ... nobody called me back 🤦🏾♀️
Doesn’t answer phone or return calls, very hard to reach contact for simple questions. Don’t recommend
It's a shame before God how the nurses NEVER return phone calls. I will be finding a BETTER doctor office than this one.
Excellent care
While pregnant ( I am no longer ) I did not feel I received the care I needed towards the end. I did ultimately transfer my care at 37 weeks and I’m thankful I did. It was very difficult to get my appointments scheduled towards the end when you need your appointments 1-2 times a week. It was hard to get someone on the phone for any billing related questions throughout the entirety of the pregnancy.
