Triage nurse was exceptional as was the x ray tech. The individual that took me to x ray was very nice. Unfortunately, that's where the care ended. I had baseball size swelling on right ankle due to two broken bones that was not addressed at all in the approximate 4 hours I laid in ER. Pain level was a 10 if moved. Tylenol was not offered, ice pack was not given nor was elevation (pillow). After X-rays it was hours before anyone appeared. I had a really bad experience in the Emergency Room at Georgetown Hospital don’t care to ever go back there again. They took me to a cubicle in the back and I had an ex ray right away and then I sat and waited for 4 hours before I got to see a doctor or nurse !!!!
0/10 all they do is send you home! They do not care at this hospital. Went twice in one week and my issue was not resolved
Procedure went well. Friendly & knowledgeable care giver kept me informed on all aspects of the testing process.
