RecommendedSo professional and responsive - they were able to assess the issue we were having and were completely honest about it NOT stemming from the septic tank. They recommended a course of action (call our plumber back!) and suggested that we could do a maintenance pump (it had been at least 5 years) but did not pressure us. They went out of their way to try to fix the issue and make suggestions on how to continue caring for our plumbing system. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When I was selling my house I called on Tidelands Grease Trap Service and they were there next day and the men did a wonderful job and they were very careful not to wreck my yard not one blade of grass was disturbed. The price was a great price and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service Santa Fe is blessed to have them here If I need this service again I will call upon them👍
