Clean and user friendly
Used the service for the first time ever last week. My shirts were wrinkled post cleaning. My suit pant leg hem was ripped. They eventually repaired the suit pants, but the communication was poor along the way. I have friends who have had similar problems. I wouldn't recommend Tide Cleaners in Evanston to anyone.
Fast service and the laundry came back clean and well organized. Thank you tide for making a somewhat monotonous process easy and effecient!
Super convenient if you have an gangway gate with a code lock. Just leave your laundry, they'll pick up and it magically comes back clean and folded. Love it!
