Always great service no matter the location, the prices are very competitive and I love the samples they have, because it allows me to see if the wash products really work before paying full price at the store : )

This is tje strangest way to just hand over your money UNSEEN!! There are absolutely 0 employees, no price lists, and they take two days to bring your clothes back, but only weekdays. Didn't feel comfortable just DROPPING my expensive dresses in a random bag in a random locker with extraordinarily minimal instructions. This is just weird. It doesn't even say how you pay lol. I dropped 2 comforters off weeks ago & haven’t been able to get in touch with ANYONE & no one has reached out to me about them being ready. The only email I received was a welcome email. I have called, no answer & can’t leave a voicemail. There’s nobody at the site to speak to. I feel scammed out of over $200 worth of comforters. I’ll NEVER use another Tide cleaners & I feel like these rating have to be bots because how on earth can I get not get my stuff back?!if I could give them negative stars, I would.
