I’ve seen Abigail at Tide Associates and can highly recommend her, not only as an EMDR therapist, but also as a grounded and compassionate presence. She holds space and clearly has a nervous system that holds peace with in her. Her therapy dog June was a selling point for me choosing her from all the therapists in town, and although June is adorable and wonderful to have in the room, the connection I feel with Abigail goes much beyond her therapy dog.
Tide Associates cares about their patients. I have had the pleasure of working with two therapist through them, and both have been great! Setting up appointments has been easy. The environment is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable.
Tide Associates is a community partner I use often for referrals, as I trust that their therapists provide exceptional and ethical services. Their commitment to mental health education and community support is something I admire and appreciate.
TIDE Associates has been wonderful. I absolutely love my therapist, Alex. She makes me feel so comfortable and she's very knowledgeable about the topics I need to work through. I would recommend TIDE to anyone looking for a therapist!
