All I can say is I just open my loan with them and I can't wait to refinance with another bank asap! The most disgusting behavior and customer service I've ever experienced this company needs to remind them selves that just as well as the customer needs the loan you need the customer without Customer you have no bank you have no job
No one communicates with no one and messes up everything. Nothing but problems trying to get a hold of the right people. Horrible place.
