Tidal has been managing my properties since 2014. Over the years they have assisted with sales of properties, leasing, and everyday property management duties. Because of covid, I have had a hard time finding office space within my budget for my nail business. Érica negotiated with the building owner to get me a fair rental price. I am really grateful because she did not have to do that. I do wish there were better paint color options for the walls but it’s not that big of a deal. Thx you
I can only speak from the point of view as an owner of 4 homes, Erica and Evelyn have done a great job of getting rid of the bad tenants they inherited and finding paying tenants that won't destroy my properties!
Erica and Evelyn have managed my home in Pearland for 2 years now and I couldn't ask for a better management company. I've had the same tenant for over a year and there are no surprises. Love them!
I’ve lived at their property on truxillo st for a year. It’s been a nightmare. Erica Peoples is a terrible manager. She’s grossly negligent and doesn’t care about the safety of her tenants at all. There is mold everywhere, and it took her from January of this year to today (7/16/20) to actually fix it, and she hasn’t even finished doing that. Also she’s only attempting to fix it because I reported her and the property to the city. So if you want to live with mold and be harassed by the PM for a year, and have your neighbors ... read more
