Is it all about the money? Dr. Shesthra is a pathetic person. I need an epidural in my lower back. I have had them before at Tidal Health hospital. I don't want anesthesia and I have trouble getting rides back and forth. The hospital, if I don't take an anesthesia, does not require me to have someone drive me home. I asked Dr. Shesthra if he would send me a referral to the hospital for me to get it done. He tells me no! I ask him why not? He says "I am not giving you a referral for some thing I can do myself".
