I’ve been a patient here for almost 6 months now, and Dr.Khalil is the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had. So far, for me, check-ins and scheduling appointments have been smooth. I don’t use MyChart so I can’t speak to that, but my experience here so far is 5 stars. Update: I’ve asked them to send my prescription to the pharmacy 3 times. 2 times they sent it to the wrong place, and the last time they sent every medication I have EXCEPT the one I need. If your son, daughter or even yourself need mental health help do not trust Tidal Health. The communication is horrendous, and that is being diplomatic. Messages are not answered in a timely manner. Our provider, Kaitlyn, did not answer her messages. In fact, the last message we sent her we never received a response and it had been 10 days. When I discussed this with the office manager, Christine, she said Kaitlyn replied the same day at 6:15 AM. We didn’t send the original message until 10:46 AM. I have been going here since about 2018 when they were in the hospital and never have had a problem.
