If your son, daughter or even yourself need mental health help do not trust Tidal Health. The communication is horrendous, and that is being diplomatic. Messages are not answered in a timely manner. Our provider, Kaitlyn, did not answer her messages. In fact, the last message we sent her we never received a response and it had been 10 days. I have been going here since about 2018 when they were in the hospital and never have had a problem.
Please tell me why it is June, I have an appointment scheduled for August. They just called to reschedule. I need a later appointment due to my work schedule. Appointments with this doctor consistently take 5 minutes. They told me the only late opening was in January. I am furious.
The scheduling policies are asinine.
