The worst hospital ever they deserve no stars
Excellent care and professionalism. Great staff.
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding the care my son, who has been dealing with sickle cell crisis all his life, received during a visit to your Emergency Department last night. The experience was disappointing and fell well below the standard of care that patients and their families deserve. The staff is rude and disorganized. They have no sympathy for a dying patient and her family, strictly enforcing a 2 visitor per room with security escorts for violators even when approved by staff on the floor with the patient. I can understand enforcing a 2 visitor policy for patients who are expected to live but when it maybe the last time you get to see someone and that someone is begging you not to leave her all while you have a armed guard ordering that you to leave it shows that this hospital has a total disregard for... read more
