Fabulous place! Easy to make an appt online. I went in early and the staff took me right in. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all very kind and attentive to my needs and reason to be seen rather quickly. The doctor took time with pertinent questions to understand my circumstances with a smile and an engaging manner. I really recommend this Immediate Care facility.
I called ahead to see if they could handle the abscess I had. They said they can check it out. So I went here instead of the ER. I went in and the wait wasn’t long but I got no answers just an antibiotic and basically told I caused it myself and was probably using a new product my body didn’t like. I wasn’t feeling good the next day, went to the ER. I wasn’t feeling nearly septic, no one at the hospital could believe they just sent me home. Would never go here again. I do not appreciate being treated like a drug seeking addict when I have legitimate pain from an infected tooth that has been scheduled to be removed asap. A week previously, the ER had given me Tylenol 3 that helped, there's no reason she could not have given me a prescription to help me until surgery. The woman was rude and insensitive while I was in severe pain. She lectured me on the definition of nerve pain.
