I do not appreciate being treated like a drug seeking addict when I have legitimate pain from an infected tooth that has been scheduled to be removed asap. A week previously, the ER had given me Tylenol 3 that helped, there's no reason she could not have given me a prescription to help me until surgery. The woman was rude and insensitive while I was in severe pain. She lectured me on the definition of nerve pain. 12 days after the snow and the sidewalks and parking lot are still not cleaned!
I don't know who I just spoke with on the phone, but they were disgustingly rude with me, and cut me off with a very rude tone before I even finished my question, which is sad because they are usually so friendly and helpful here. This is very disappointing.
Absolutely fantastic experience! Very respectful and efficient. We were in and out quickly. Staff was amazing! Treated my child with the up most care. If I could give 10 stars. I absolutely would!!
